About the Role
Emplifi is seeking a bold and execution-driven product leader to serve as the right hand to our SVP of Product. This is not a classic product management rolethis is a transformation role. Youll be the operational and strategic engine behind our product team ensuring our roadmap execution and people are aligned accountable and accelerating. Youll drive performance across the team coach and challenge our PMs and help build a high-functioning product organization ready to scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure clarity resultsand knows how to create them when theyre missing. Its also perfect for someone who can handle change lead from the front and isnt afraid to make tough calls when excellence demands it.
A remote position this role is open to candidates located in the UK Czech Republic Germany or France
What Youll Do Here
- Serve as the operational and strategic partner to the SVP of Product
- Bring clarity and execution discipline across product planning delivery and alignment
- Build and scale frameworks for accountability velocity and impact within the product org
- Act as a coach challenger and driver across the PM teamraising the bar on performance and ownership
- Diagnose capability gaps and develop or replace talent to strengthen the team
- Partner cross-functionally (with Engineering GTM Success and more) to drive unified outcomes
- Lead or co-lead critical cross-product initiatives such as verticalization AI integration and packaging
- Represent Product externally with customers analysts and partners as needed
- Drive transformation: when something isnt working youll surface it fix it and move forward fast
What Youll Bring to Us
- Proven success as a product leader (Director level or above) ideally in a SaaS or platform environment
- Track record of turning good teams into great onesthrough coaching structure and high standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive org-wide alignment and focus
- Strong operational instincts with a strategic mindset
- Experience navigating change and bringing clarity under pressure
- Executive-level communication skillsboth internally and externally
- Comfort in the customer spotlightthis role will engage with clients directly
- High integrity low ego and relentless bias for action
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working in product-led organizations with GTM complexity
- Familiarity with vertical SaaS customer experience or social marketing platforms
- Background in scale-ups or transformation contexts
