What youll achieve
Youll have the opportunity to exceedyour presentation and negotiation skills engaging our global and local team to demonstrate the best we have within digital image products framework. You will energetically delight our future customers with your presentations performance making up your own name within our market.
You will:
Closelly support sales activities through specialized technical or scientific knowledge/product applications on DIIT solutions from conceptual stages through pre-sales sales trials and training. Youll be able to lead discussions with customers aiming technical problems solutions usual to Healthcare IT daily basis. Also you will:
Contribute to sales meetings by providing deeper understanding of product workings or applications as well as of product limitations and nontraditional product usage.
Prepare technical presentations and energeticallydemonstrates how a product meets customer needs.
Document customer requirements and provides technical guidance related to sales strategy and proposals.
Participate in training for internal sales professionals and on-site technical training for customers.
May help other organization functions such as engineering manufacturing or quality control to identify user and/or design problems.
Support the feasibility of standard customized partnerships alternatives of new approaches for offered products and services viewing its optimization and improvement.
May serve as technical troubleshooter to customers after sales are closed and while products are being tested or installed.
May also accompany account manager during service visits or while exploring application problems and others.

Main Activities:
Prepare and accompany reference-site visits with customers and prospects as well as be part of online meetings.
Prepare and perform customer presentations.
Prepare proposals and contracts as well as any required documentation.
Support Bid processes such as filling in bid forms gathering required documentation and so on.
Assign tasks and required specialists to bid project (project management).
Support sales team and representatives on quotations.
Fill in the CRM platform.
Prepare trade fairs and represent DGS Brasil - Dedalus Group among other activities.
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Biomedicine Computer Science Radiology Engineering or equivalent.
Advanced English skills (daily contact with our global team).
Presentation skills.
Excellent technical knowledge of digital imaging products.
Accountability for supporting sales team and its reps tobid on-time and guidelines
Accountability for high technical quality and configuration of a proposal.
Accountability for a realistic and appropriate proposal scope.
Accountability for being knowledgeable and up-to-date on latest DGS Dedalus Group and competitors products & solutions and others.
Desirable Requirements:
Other languages will be positively evaluated.
