Job Description
At Koch Trucking we know that accurate billing keeps everything moving. As a Billing Specialist youll play a key role in making sure our invoices are correct and on time. Youll spend most of your day processing data double-checking details and working with both our internal teams and external customers. Location: This position is onsite at our corporate office in Golden Valley MN

What Youll Do
As a Billing Specialist youll:
Scan index and process trip documents for billing
Generate and audit invoices with a focus on accuracy
Maintain customer rate books and fuel surcharge data
Monitor invoice runs and prepare documents for mailing
Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing disputes
Respond to customer requests and provide proof of delivery (POD)
Track billing totals deposits and compile daily reports
Support dedicated accounts and assist with cross-training or special projects
Knowledge and Skills to be successful:
1 year of office experience using Microsoft Excel regularly
Intermediate Excel skills (formulas sorting/filtering pivot tables)
Ability to process large volumes of data quickly and accurately
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear professional communication style
Comfortable learning and navigating systems such as TMW and Epicor
You will be competitive if you have a(n):
Associate degree in Accounting or related field
2 years of billing or accounts receivable experience

About the Role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $22.31/hour - $30.36/hour. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted pay range for this role is $23/hour - $25/hour
