We are in search of an exceptional Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) to join our prestigious team at Shangri-La Singapore. As the Assistant Director of F&B you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary experiences that define our hotel.

- OverseeallF&Boutletsensuringseamlessdailyoperationsmaintainingthehigheststandardsofserviceandexceedingguestexpectations.
- Collaboratewithourculinaryteamtocurateinnovativemenusfeaturingdiverseandenticingculinaryofferings.
- Upholdandelevateourcommitmenttodeliveringthefinestdiningexperiencesconsistentlyseekingwaystoenhanceguestsatisfaction.
- ManagetheF&Bbudgetcontrolcostsandoptimizerevenuethroughstrategicpricingandmenudevelopment.
- RecruittrainandmentorF&Bstafffosteringahighlyskilledandmotivatedteam.
Qualifications
- ProventrackrecordinF&Bleadershipwithinaluxuryhotelorupscalehospitalitysetting.
- ExtensiveknowledgeofF&Boperationsincludingmenucurationandbeverageprograms.
- Exceptionalleadershipcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Strongfinancialacumenwithexperienceinbudgetmanagement.
- Asteadfastcommitmenttodeliveringexceptionalguestexperiences.
- Flexibilitytoworkeveningsweekendsandholidays.
- AbachelorsdegreeinHospitalityManagementorarelatedfield(preferred).
