We are currently looking for a Mortgage Credit Analystready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.Analyze the applicants income expenses and overall financial position to assess repayment capacity.
Verify declared income against supporting documents (e.g. employment contracts payslips PSD2 data bank statements tax statements).
Perform credit bureau (BIK) & other external registers checks and interpret scoring credit history and repayment patterns.
Calculate Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratios and assess compliance with banks affordability thresholds.
Identify and evaluate existing liabilities guarantees and obligations.
Apply internal and regulatory scoring models to assess the level of credit risk.
Liaise with the front-office team for clarifications or additional information where required.
Prepare written credit recommendations including proposed conditions or mitigations.
Adhere to all internal risk policies and escalation procedures for exceptions.
Minimum 23 years of experience in credit risk analysis preferably in mortgage products
Strong knowledge of mortgage credit policies and KNF guidelines.
Experience with analysing and understanding data from external registers in Poland .
University degree in Finance Economics or related field.
Proficiency in financial analysis affordability calculations and credit scoring tools.
Analytical mindset with ability to detect inconsistencies or red flags.
Good knowledge of using SQL & Excel to perform data analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with communicative English
