The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management team you are expected to oversee a support ticketing queue with multiple open items and lead client status meetings. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain elevated standards. You are expected to handle client relationships provide functional and technical subject matter proficiency and manage the project lifecycle to maintain timely delivery.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- ITIL process knowledge/understanding preferred
- Specialist in writing Business Rules MDX queries and Groovy scripting
- Knowledge on Oracle Cloud infrastructure
- Significant understanding of multi-currency applications
- Well-versed in Data integrations and Data Flow processes
- Experience in use of Oracle in a support/AMS environment
- Ability to lead enhancements activities
- Experience in supporting vertical applications and localizations
- Understanding of Escalation/Risk management
