Job Summary:

As a SPMS Manager you will play a pivotal leadership role within our team driving the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs that enable our clients to optimize their operational capabilities and achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies leveraging your expertise in data analysis program management and technology solutions.

In this role you will lead the SPMS practice by balancing long-term strategic initiatives with immediate operational imperatives to maximize return on investment and ensure alignment with corporate goals. You will oversee project portfolio management activities drive process improvements and champion agile program delivery methodologies to enhance organizational performance and responsiveness.

The position demands a strong blend of analytical prowess and leadership skills to manage teams effectively guide decision-making through data-driven insights and maintain productive stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in project and data management enhancing reporting mechanisms and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the program management lifecycle.

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelors Degree

Preferred Field(s) of Study (but not limited to):

Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Computer Science Engineering (Industrial Systems Telecommunications Electronics) Business Administration Finance Economics or Management Information Systems.

Additional considerations:
Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds that combine business and technology such as Business Analytics or Technology Management are also highly encouraged to apply. Studies or certifications related to Agile methodologies digital transformation or strategic management are valuable assets for developing the skills needed in this role.

Minimum Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience and Project/Program Management roles preferably within complex fast-paced industries.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience leading and managing teams driving performance and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary groups.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multi-cultural / multi-functional environments projects or programs including planning execution risk management and delivery.
• Experience working with diverse data sources to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
• Solid background in implementing and managing project portfolio management frameworks and tools in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Prior experience collaborating with senior leadership (C-suite) and key stakeholders to align project goals with broader business strategy and operational objectives.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members promoting continuous learning and professional development.

• Advanced experience working with cloud-based collaboration and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint enabling effective work in hybrid or distributed teams.
• Advanced experience with security and compliance standards relevant to data handling and project delivery ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
