Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our Risk Services solutions at Mews. As a mid-level individual contributor you will own the strategy and execution of risk-related features ensuring our platform mitigates fraud and operational risks for hoteliers while maintaining a seamless user experience. This role requires a proactive analytical product manager with experience in risk services and a passion for building customer-centric solutions.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap for risk services aligning with Mews goals and customer needs.
- Design and deliver risk management features such as fraud detection and compliance tools for the Mews platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering Design Customer Success) to build effective risk solutions.
- Analyse user feedback and market trends to identify risk-related challenges and opportunities in hospitality.
- Ensure risk services comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g. PCI DSS GDPR).
- Track KPIs and use data to optimise risk features balancing security with user experience.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- Proven expertise in product management with a strong focus on developing or delivering risk services or risk management solutions.
- Strong understanding of risk mitigation strategies such as fraud prevention or compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused products in an agile environment.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g. Amplitude Tableau or similar) for decision-making.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR PCI DSS) in software products.
- Fintech experience is a plus particularly with payment or financial risk management systems.
