Key responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing IT candidates through LinkedIn.
- Reach out to potential candidates with personalized messages and follow-ups.
- Conduct screening initial calls.
- Keep our internal systems up to date with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with other team members and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Participate in training sessions and shadow senior recruiters to develop your skills.
Main skills and qualifications
- Based in Colombia or Brazil.
- No prior experience in recruiting is required well guide you through a full onboarding process!
- Strong interest in learning about IT roles and the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Eagerness to grow and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Comfortable working full-time in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
