About the role:
- Work on a diverse mix of disputes insolvency property construction trusts & IP
- Appear in court and gain hands-on advocacy experience from the outset
- Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-profile matters
- Draft pleadings advise clients and manage matters under supervision
- Build strong foundations for a long-term disputes career in a supportive team
The ideal candidate:
- Recently admitted or up to 3 years PQE in disputes/litigation
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills with confidence to appear in court
- Interest in building a career across insolvency property construction trusts & IP disputes
- Ability to think commercially and provide clear practical advice
- Organised proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
