The Assembly Technician is responsible for the consistent production of subassemblies & finished goods using a variety of hand & powered tools. This role follows detailed work instructions and works quickly against a defined schedule.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble prosthetic components according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
Utilize hand and power tools to sand cut and polish to ensure precise fitting and alignment of prosthetic parts.
Proficient in operating machinery with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
Maintains and requests adequate supplies of fabrication materials and components.
Ensure production areas are clean and organized.
Adheres to training related to quality management.
Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. Maintains an honest and professional attitude as the companys representative at all times.
Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazards.
Adhere to the Companys safety rules
Adhere to Company Values Honesty Frugality - Courage
Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
Vocational degree in a relevant field of education is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience
Experience working within ProShop (MES) preferred.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Reaching above shoulder height below the waist or Lifting as required for conference booth setup and take down. Proper lifting techniques are required. May include lifting up to 60 pounds.
