Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing and servicing a designated book of commercial lines business with a focus on middle to large market accounts in industries such as hospitality commercial real estate construction and retail.

Compensation Package
- Salary: $65000 - $80000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a designated book of commercial lines business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive account management
- Process policy changes endorsements certificates of insurance renewals and audits
- Collaborate with producers to identify client needs and provide strategic insurance solutions
- Work with carriers to obtain quotes negotiate terms and resolve billing or policy issues
- Prepare proposals review coverages and assist clients with claims as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and industry regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance with strong knowledge of coverages including General Liability Property Auto Workers Compensation Umbrella and Professional Liability
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems
