Job Description

PeopleSoft Developer
Location: Dallas Texas (Onsite)
Contract Position: 6-9 months

Were looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer (HCM) to help lead an exciting new Time and Labor initiative designed to optimize a dynamic two-week work schedule. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a team that values creativity problem-solving and the power of collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM particularly Time and Labor.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools (Application Designer PeopleCode CI Integration Broker SQR).
  • Demonstrated ability to design configure and test complex scheduling solutions.
  • Strong collaboration communication and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Experience with Kronos timekeeping systems and integration with PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with PeopleTools 8.61 with emphasis on enhanced development security and performance features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure enhancements in PeopleSoft Time and Labor including rules schedules and pay periods for custom two-week rotations.
  • Develop and customize solutions using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer PeopleCode Component Interface Integration Broker and SQR.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Customize pages components and workflows to support unique time tracking and labor distribution needs.
  • Conduct unit and system integration testing troubleshoot issues and ensure accuracy in calculations accruals and reporting.
  • Work with stakeholders to validate solutions provide documentation and deliver end-user training as needed.
  • Manage data using SQL PeopleSoft data structures and migration tools.
