Qualifications:
Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM particularly Time and Labor.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools (Application Designer PeopleCode CI Integration Broker SQR).
Demonstrated ability to design configure and test complex scheduling solutions.
Strong collaboration communication and requirements-gathering skills.
Experience with Kronos timekeeping systems and integration with PeopleSoft.
Familiarity with PeopleTools 8.61 with emphasis on enhanced development security and performance features.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and configure enhancements in PeopleSoft Time and Labor including rules schedules and pay periods for custom two-week rotations.
Develop and customize solutions using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer PeopleCode Component Interface Integration Broker and SQR.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Customize pages components and workflows to support unique time tracking and labor distribution needs.
Conduct unit and system integration testing troubleshoot issues and ensure accuracy in calculations accruals and reporting.
Work with stakeholders to validate solutions provide documentation and deliver end-user training as needed.
Manage data using SQL PeopleSoft data structures and migration tools.
