Job Description
This position will support the Student Leadership Development Team within the Student Affairs Office in the administration of various student development programmes such as the Student Ambassador Programme the Student Leadership Development Programme and various Transition and Integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Support for the Student Ambassador Programme (SAP)
Support the Programme Lead in all operational aspects of the SAP and provide seamless coordination with various NTU organisations.
Support the deployment of NTU Global Ambassadors.
Programme Support for the Student Leadership Development Programme (SLDP)
Support the Programme Lead in all operational aspects of the Student Leadership Development Programme (SLDP).
Programme support for Transition and Integration initiatives
Support the Programme Lead in all operational aspects of Transition and Integration initiatives and provide seamless coordination with various NTU organisations.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in programme management in education institutions will be advantageous.
A strong commitment and passion towards student development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Meticulous and organised.
Proactive efficient and able to multi-task.
Good communication skills able to express ideas clearly and concisely (written and oral).
Good interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with people at different levels of the organisation.
