Our Firmwide Corporate Service unit helps build our competitive advantage by providing support to all lines of businesses spanning Administration Business Development Finance Human Resources Learning & Development Legal Marketing & Communications and Technology. Our specialists in each function bring together a diverse set of skill sets and expertise to best service their internal clients.

The Operations and Change Management (OCM) team supports all Firmwide Corporate Service departments to improve the quality of the service by streamlining and automating connected processes as well as supporting the implementation of best-in-class business applications such as Workday Salesforce etc. The OCM team operationalizes the data strategy for the Information Solutions Board.

About PwC

The Operations and Change Management team drives and supports in-house transformation projects that would impact the firm and its employees.

In this role you will:

  • Understand the business user needs and translate them into communication materials for effective messaging

  • Assist in creating internal communication materials to engage with users to drive change adoption. This includes user guides FAQs training materials SharePoint sites infographics and emails where appropriate.

  • Learn the different techniques to gather user feedback to better understand needs and adjust communication plan accordingly

  • Learn how to liaise communicate and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams to achieve change goal to a satisfactory level

Eligibility:

  • Keen to develop themselves in the profession of change management and internal communications

  • Articulate communication and writing skills

  • Team player who is motivated enthusiastic confident and eager to learn

  • Highly organised with effective time management

  • Able to work independently and complete tasks within the deadline

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word PowerPoint Excel)

  • Basic design skills Canva video editing experience would be an advantage. Candidates may share their design portfolio as part of their application
