Job Description
Were always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So were searching for a Assistant Business Development Manager with a track record of hunting driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms and event halls.
A little taste of your day-to-day
- A hunter mentality for driving and closing sales.
- Manage daily sales activities.
- Develops and maintains contact with business generators meeting and convention planners visitors/convention bureau corporate accounts Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business.
- Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
- Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we need from you
- Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing or related fields with 2 to 3 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Demonstrates ability to interact with clients employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel the brand and the Company.
- Problem solving reasoning motivating and drive to succeed.
