About This Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Absence Payroll and Benefits modules.
Configure and maintain business processes eligibility rules accruals pay inputs benefit events and related components in Workday.
Ensure accurate setup and timely processing of benefits enrollment events and payroll-impacting data.
Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements related to benefits and payroll.
Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Manage and execute system updates testing cycles and new feature enablements in Workday.
Provide Tier 2/3 support to HR Payroll and Benefits teams resolving system issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to Absence Payroll and Benefits using Workday Report Writer.
