The company and the role
This nationally represented franchise organisation is a leading provider of construction equipment solutions offering sales service and repairs for a wide range of heavy machinery and are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.
You will perform mechanical repairs servicing and diagnostics on a range of heavy equipment.
This is a full time permanent role offering a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Skills we seek
- Relevant automotive trade qualification
- A minimum of 3 years hands on experience as a technician
- The preference is for technicians with experience on construction or earthmoving equipment but consideration will be given to those with mining or forestry equipment backgrounds
- HT licence andWTR endorsements advantageous
- Solid mechanical repair skills
- Hydraulics knowledge and experience
- Strong diagnostic ability
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Sound customer service skills
- Good time management skills
