- Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary from $129464 to $142665 pa superannuation leave entitlements
- This is an EOI opportunity open to DPIRD/LLS
About the Role
As Senior Compliance & Quality Assurance Officer at Tocal College you will ensure compliance with the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 and Standards for RTOs 2025. You will oversee the student administration team strengthen data quality and reporting standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the College.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Ensure compliance with legislation including RTO Standards WHS USI and privacy laws.
- Lead and mentor the student administration team ensuring data quality and excellent service.
- Oversee funding contracts and ensure reporting obligations are met under AVETMISS and state requirements.
- Support audits develop policies and drive continuous improvement in compliance systems.
- Mentor trainers and assessors promoting best practices in vocational education delivery.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience in an appropriate discipline including governance risk and compliance auditing business project management primary production and animal science.
- Current NSW Drivers License and ability and willingness to travel.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is an essential requirement for this role.

To be considered for an appointment for over 12 months or ongoing applicants must be ongoing at either an equivalent or higher grade than this advertised vacancy OR on a current and valid talent pool at this grade or higher. Alternatively if you do not meet these requirements you may only be considered for a temporary appointment of up to 12 months.
