Our client is an aesthetic clinic.
They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aesthetics industry excellent strategic thinking and a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote clinic services and enhance brand visibility.
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Managing digital marketing initiatives including website content email marketing social media presence and online advertising.
- Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures newsletters and promotional content.
- Collaborating with the clinic team to coordinate events workshops and promotional activities to attract new clients.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics and reporting tools adjusting strategies as needed.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders partners and influencers in the aesthetics industry.
- Staying updated on industry trends competitor initiatives and consumer preferences to inform marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in marketing preferably within the healthcare beauty or aesthetics sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong ability to engage and influence audiences.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics CRM systems).
