期待していること
アカウントマネジャーはダイレクトセールスにより獲得した顧客契約の保持と新製品やサービスの導入による契約の拡大の両方を担当するフィールドセールスを担います
Cレベルのエグゼクティブと直接会話の場を設けガートナーのプロダクトとサービスによってもたらされる効果的な戦略を見出し実行します
アカウントマネジメントにより顧客満足度を向上させ顧客維持とアカウントの成長を促します
月/四半期/年単位で売上/顧客獲得の予測を精査します
あなたの知見意欲経営陣のプレゼンス洞察力を活かしCレベルの経営陣へ訴求します
顧客との密接な関係の構築し顧客のビジネスに対する有益で分析力に富んだベストプラクティスを提供します
ガートナーのプロダクトとサービスに関する深い知識と理解を求めます
応募要件
学士号または修士号を取得しており学校での様々な活動経験や優秀な成績をお持ちであること
エンタープライズ/ミッドサイズエンタープライズ企業向けソリューションセールス/ハイタッチセールスで3年以上の経験できればハイテク特にITインテグレーションサービスおよびソフトウェア販売での経験セールスでの過去の優秀な実績をお持ちであること必須ではない
論理的思考力洞察力コミュニケーション能力を有し四半期及び年度目標を達成することに対して明確な目標達成意欲を維持できること
ビジネスチャンスを逃さず戦略的顧客開拓計画を立案し売上向上を図る新規顧客開拓ができること
中規模および大規模組織内でCレベルおよびシニアレベルの関係を構築できること
調査からクロージングまでの販売プロセスのライフサイクル全体に関する知識経験を有すること
