As a trainee in Manufacturing within Envalior you will have meaningful responsibilities that will challenge you and help you grow. You will contribute to the success of the team by working on high-impact projects. Collaborating with colleagues you will solve complex problems drive innovation and learn from industry experts. The program is designed to equip you with everything you need for a successful career within this two-year program you will have different assignments in 2 different sites in China.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Take part in improvements projects at our manufacturing sites focusing both on operational performance such as productivity efficiency and cost reduction and on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Engage in a development program that includes training to build your project management and stakeholder engagement skills while also helping you become more culturally aware and familiar with Envalior as a global organization.
• Rotate through core site functions Production Maintenance Quality Assurance (QA) and SHE to gain hands-on experience and learn the key functions main responsibilities at site.

The Ideal Candidate

To thrive in this program you should have:

• A recent bachelors degree in Manufacturing or related field.
• A strong passion for Manufacturing and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset and adaptability.
• Fluency in English.
