Shift Leader
Chick-fil-A Ogden is seeking caring ambitious and growth-minded leaders with a passion for excellence to join our team! We are looking for someone who can help lead our business on this shift level; someone who can help nurture a culture of hospitality by leading with a servants heart. This position requires an orientation towards accomplishing great business results and fostering strong professional relationships. You will start as a team member (In title not pay!) and move up into the Shift Leader Role as you gain experience and progress through each leader level. Leadership progression can be expedited depending on performance.
Responsibilities
Prior experience as shift lead crew lead supervisor team lead restaurant manager restaurant assistant manager is not required but is very helpful to success in this role.
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
- Open and/or close lead shifts function as key holder.
- Lead coach develop and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment.
- Offer immediate/respectful response to Guests needs.
- Be responsible for financial shift functions (count drawers manage change fund etc)
- Prepare and execute position charts for shifts you are leading
- Facilitate breaks in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must be able to work 34hours per week
- Must be regularly available for a range of days and minimum of 2 dayparts (mornings mid-days or evenings) and weekends (excluding Sundays).
- Holiday Availability- team member must be available to work full schedules the week of the following holidays:
At least 1 out of 2 of the following: Memorial Day July 4th
At least 2 out of 3 of the following: Thanksgiving Christmas New Years
- Frequently stand walk reach above shoulders bend lift and/or carry up to 50lbs work closely with others
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy serving and helping others
- Operate a vehicle
Wages and Benefits
- $18.00 per hour
- 1 week PTO (use or cash after 1500 hours of service)
