Job Description

Regional Sales Account Manager / Sales Engineer
About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager/Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with enterprise accounts including financial institutions telcos government agencies and large corporations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales relationship management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company profitability.
Sales Tracking & Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly & annual sales forecasts).
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
Travel: Willing to travel up to 50% across Singapore & Malaysia for customer meetings site visits and industry events.


What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years in sales roles within the technology mechanical engineering or data center industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data center technologies products and solutions.
Sales Skills: Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
Relationship Building: Ability to connect with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
Self-Driven: A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales.
