Job Summary:
Supports the Regional Head of Finance. Delivers meaningful accurate and timely management reporting & analysis on business performance. Point of contact for question on the forecasting process management reporting and business analysis.
Interacts with Regional Head of Finance Finance Operations Managers Regional Business Line Controllers and Group Control in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting
Monthlyreporting and analyses ofregional results and deviations compared to result development drivers and monitor their evolution (including metrics such asDRObacklog and utilization). Further improve monthly reporting process and analytical insights through PowerBi.
Forecasting
Analyzing theForecastingprocesstogether withRegional Business LineControllers and Head of Finance.
Special Projects
Support theBusiness LineDirectoror Regional Head of Finance invarious special projects
KPIs
Accuracy and timely reporting
Forecasting accuracy
Develop new analytical insights (PowerBI)

Experience and Knowledge:
Masters Degree (Finance or related)
Working experience: 3 to 5 years
Languages & Proficiency: English

** This position is a 6-month temporary role to cover maternity leave commencing Nov 2025 and ending in April 2026.
*** Candidates whose primary residence is in Malaysia will be considered for placement in our Kuala Lumpur office (remote reporting) on a 1-year contract basis.
