Description

At Income we aim to create exponential value and cultivate dynamic learning culture. As part of Incomes Actuarial Pricing Team candidate will work closely and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver business-oriented customer-focused and innovative insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with Manager Head of Pricing Chief Actuary Chief Consumer Product Officer and key business stakeholders such as Channel Heads and General Manager of Consumer to design and devise innovative product proposition and help drive product prototyping and implementation while ensuring internal financial metrics are met.
  • Support product pricing project including performing Regression Testing & User Acceptance Testing for new product implementation
  • Create best practices and design effective controls and monitoring framework as part of deliveries to protect Income against regulatory financial and reputation risk.
  • To support updates and enhancement for Policy Illustration and Post Sales illustration templates
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting filings for new product
  • Review and recommend enhancement to Actuarial Pricing Process to improve efficiency of existing process.
  • Adopt the design-thinking and agile framework in delivering pricing project.

Qualifications:

  • Good progress in actuarial qualifications with either US UK or Australia Actuarial Institute or newly qualified actuary with at least 4 years of work experience in Actuarial function.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a life insurance function within an actuarial capacity preferred.
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Confident to challenge status quo and take risk to drive towards maximising results.
  • Adaptable and open to dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working.
