The Senior Salesforce Admin will be responsible for the advanced configuration support maintenance and enhancement of our Salesforce platform and all integrated systems. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to ensure that our systems meet the evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce administration a strong understanding of SaaS business processes and the ability to scope lead execute enable and document Salesforce projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to document requirements and align system functionality with company objectives.
Ability to scope lead execute enable and document system projects from inception to completion.
Create manage and own integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party tools ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization (e.g. NetSuite Marketo 6Sense and Ironclad)
Audit and document existing processes and technical designs and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the design and implementation of custom objects workflows validation rules and automation processes. Utilize advanced Salesforce features including Lightning components Apex and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
Implement complex product and pricing strategies in Salesforce CPQ and simplify existing CPQ structure.
Able to manage user accounts roles profiles permissions and sharing settings. Ensure data security and compliance align with company policies.
Execute data quality initiatives including data migration data cleansing and regular audits. Ensure the integrity of data across all systems and reports.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards across all systems to provide real-time actionable data to the business.
Provide expert-level support to users troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring junior administrators. Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
Stay informed about system releases new features and industry best practices. Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to optimize the platforms.
Run a well-planned 2-week sprint cycle for new releases to the different systems and provide constant enablement to the end users
Lets talk about your skills/expertise:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business or a related field.
7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 3 years in a senior or lead role preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required. Additional certifications (e.g. Platform App Builder Service Cloud Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
Extensive experience with Salesforce customization including Apex Visualforce Lightning components CPQ and complex workflow rules. Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations data migration and API management.
Experience with tools such as JIRA and Microsoft 365 are required. Experience with NetSuite Marketo Ironclad 6Sense are highly desirable.
Proven experience leading Salesforce projects including managing timelines resources and stakeholder expectations.
Experience effectively running a governance process including stakeholder and prioritization management.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead by example.
