The Role
As HR Manager at OpenUp you will be a key enabler in making mental well-being accessible by fostering a supportive efficient high-performing and empowering environment for all employees.
You have 5 years of experience in HR with at least 23 years in an advisory role. You understand the importance of HR Operations and can design and execute processes flawlessly. Additionally you are able to advise managers and employees on complex HR topics and resolve nuanced situations. You are customer-focused action-oriented and thrive in dynamic environments.
Were looking for someone who can operate at multiple levels: from rolling up their sleeves to handle operational HR tasks to partnering strategically with leadership. Youre a doer whos equally comfortable improving a payroll process as you are advising managers on organizational development or employee relations.
You love managing complexity optimizing work processes and building effective teams.
