- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and partners in the Sales Finance Revenue and Marketing and Support organizations critical to maintaining or developing long-term relationships with key brands
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Planning and Market Insight Synthesis: Participate in quarterly and annual planning processes synthesize market research competitive insights and internal data to drive strategic discussions across Strategy & Operations Sales Finance Marketing and Product.
- Develop and Manage Key Metrics and Operational Processes: Oversee key revenue and operational metrics across the region troubleshoot system and tooling issues evaluate the efficacy of current processes and CRM tools and proactively recommend improvements.
- Target New Growth Opportunities: Focus on high-growth areas such as the creator economy premium sales strategies and user-centered product features to capture new revenue streams that align closely with Japans evolving market demands.
- Act as a bridge for Japans on-the-ground needs by strengthening the consumer product feedback loop streamlining the product escalation process and providing essential support for product GTM efforts.
- Collaborate with Local Product Engineering: Partner closely with Japans product engineering team to accelerate the development of consumer and ad products specifically tailored to meet Japans unique market requirements.
Who You Are
- 3-4 years experience post college - preferably in the digital marketing industry and familiarity with popular digital platforms
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing finance business economics engineering or related field of study
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems in a structured way
- Project management approach to task execution
- Experience with spreadsheet and presentation
- Experience working across multiple functions / business units influencing and collaborating with others to successfully roll out programs
- Familiar with SQL and Tableau
- Proficiency in Japanese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
