About The Role

Charlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to life-saving mental health treatment. Our Admissions team members ensure that every possible patient and family member feel taken care of by Charlie this role youll work to facilitate admission for hundreds of at-risk youth.

This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical part of aiding our patients as you will be their first introduction to Charlie Health. Your responsibilities are directly tied to our core mission increasing the number of people we can treat every day.

In this role youll adhere to strict timelines and documentation standards. Youll be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific admission quotas to ensure a seamless process for potential patients and families. Your performance will be measured against key KPIs including admission rates patient satisfaction scores and time-to-admission metrics

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume outreach to prospective clients
  • Champion the early stages of the admissions process by initiating compassionate timely and strategic contact to spark interest and move clients forward.
  • Coordinate closely with Admissions Coordinators to ensure warm handoffs for qualified leads maintaining speed to assessment and high engagement standards.
  • Maintain meticulous client records including contact attempts status updates and intake notes with a focus on data accuracy and privacy standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Charlie Healths mission and clinical model and confidently communicate our value to prospective clients and families.
  • Engage all prospective clients families and referral sources in a professional inclusive and compassionate manner that builds trust from first contact.
  • Support reengagement strategies by identifying trends in client drop-off and tailoring outreach accordingly to re-spark interest in care.
  • Identify potential barriers to admission (e.g. scheduling conflicts hesitation financial concerns) and route clients appropriately for additional support.
  • Collaborate across teams to adapt workflows and outreach approaches as we refine how we engage marketing-driven and lost opportunity leads.
  • Support admissions pipeline management by stepping in to cover for teammates as needed and assisting with attendance processes to help ensure clients are able to attend their first group.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of sales experience experience in healthcare admissions is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets particularly in sales or client admissions roles
  • 1 year of experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work on a shift based schedule as listed in the application questions
  • Strong proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Additional Information

Please note that this role is not available to candidates in Alaska California Colorado Illinois Maine New York or Washington.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $54000 and $60000 per year at the commencement of addition to base compensation this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range including potential bonus will be between $66000 and $84000 per year. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. #LI-remote
