Job Summary
Description Of Job Duties
Essential: Assist with general office tasks such as filing labeling scanning copying etc. Assist the department technician with duties such as routine cleaning of the studios and checking inventory of materials. Help organize and install the student artwork collections Organize the bulletin boards in the art department. Organization and cleaning in the various studios: Painting Drawing Ceramics Sculpture Printmaking Photography Mac Lab. Assist in the Media Resource Room. Distribute posters and flyers on campus. Other duties as assigned. Possible but not required: Assist in designing flyers posters and pamphlets for the department. Potential updates to the website.
Job Qualifications
Minimum: Must be currently enrolled as a North Central College student in good academic standing. Excellent verbal communication skills. Well-organized. Possess strong attention to details. Ability to work under tight deadlines and perform various duties with minimal-to-moderate direction. Preferred: Majoring or minoring in Art and Design at NCC .
