What You Can Bring to the Table:
- Be the First Friendly Face That Greets Customers in Our Service Department
- Answer Phones with Energy and Professionalism
- Schedule Service Appointments and Keep Customers Updated on Their RVRepairs
- Open and Manage Repair Orders While Keeping Communication Clear and Accurate
- Assist Customers with Estimates Invoices and Payments
- Keep the Service Lobby Organized and Welcoming
- Work Closely with Technicians Service Managers and the Parts Department to Keep Everything on Track
- Deliver Top-notch Customer Service That Makes Every RVOwner Feel Valued
- Fill in when needed for the Service Advisors
What Were Looking For:
- A People Person with Great Communication Skills
- Organized and Detail-oriented (Youll Juggle Lots of Moving Parts!)
- Comfortable with Computers and Office Systems
- Experience in Customer Service Receptionist or Service Advisor Roles (Automotive or RV Background) preferred but not required
- Positive Professional and Ready to Be Part of a Winning Team
