Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and logistics-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage in-house coordination between the logistics team customer service department and channel managers. A key responsibility of this role includes managing order routing in compliance with retailer and carrier-specific routing guides ensuring all shipments meet service standards and vendor requirements. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on internal communication and operational support within the warehouse environment.
