Job Description
Location: 4595 San Mateo Blvd NE Albuquerque NM 87109 Full-Time: Non-exempt 40 or more hours per week Pay: Starting from $25/hour Schedule: MondayFriday with rotating weekends Benefits: PTO 401(k) with match health & disability insurance gym discounts and more!
Dions is looking for a skilled and motivated Facilities Technician to join our team at our Commissary. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration who enjoys problem-solving takes initiative and thrives in both independent and team-based work environments.
As a Facilities Technician youll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment that keeps our operation running smoothly. Well provide additional training in oven small equipment and refrigeration repair and this position offers great opportunities for career growth.

What youll do:
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
- Install maintain and repair production equipment such as pumps motors cylinders mixers filling and packaging machines and labelers.
- Ensure equipment meets manufacturers specifications by using manuals and technical instructions.
- Respond promptly to production requests to improve equipment uptime reduce downtime and maintain safe operations.
- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Assist with training on the safe operation and repair of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical carpentry refrigeration mechanical and plumbing issues.
What youll need:
- Ability to read and interpret architectural mechanical electrical and plumbing blueprints schematics and ladder diagrams.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for documenting maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency with manual and power tools diagnostic equipment and test instruments.
- HVAC or small refrigeration experience preferred.
- A valid NM drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check drug screen and physical exam.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position; the schedule will include Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend shift
