Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs for interior construction projects.
- Estimate material labor and equipment costs for interior projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents for interior projects.
- Track and monitor project costs and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and cost control measures.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Provide ongoing cost analysis and advice to project teams.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variations.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior quantity surveying.
- Good knowledge of interior construction materials methods and costs.
- Familiarity with cost estimating and tendering processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or memberships are a plus.
