Responsibilities:
- Set up customer services in accordance with internal procedures and SLAs;
- Process coordinate and follow-up on porting activity for Local DID International DID and Toll Free orders.
- Interact with carriers in order to troubleshoot routing issues with phone numbers;
- Work closely with Professional Services Sales and the other Operations teams to process customer related requests;
- Follow up on pending cases and escalations;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows processes and resource support.
- Monitor for status updates update corresponding tickets
- Provide updates to customers and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Required skills:
- 2 Years work experience as Porting Engineer Telecom Provisioning Engineer or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Punctuality and accuracy;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to do monotonous work;
- Ability to multitask;
- Problem solving skills;
- Understanding of PSTN IP-telephony SaaS solutions and call center specifics;
- Experience working via ticketing systems
