We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Odoo ERP solutions with a focus on customizations integrations and module development. As an Odoo Developer you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and design develop and deploy solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo ERP solutions to meet client requirements
- Design and develop custom modules and integrate them with existing modules
- Develop and maintain data models user interfaces and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers business analysts and quality assurance analysts
- Participate in project planning estimation and execution
- Stay up-to-date with Odoo development best practices and new features
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and other team members
Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Odoo ERP solutions
- Strong knowledge of Python JavaScript and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Odoo module development customization and integration
- Knowledge of Odoos technical architecture and data model
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML CSS and XML
- Understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Odoo Certification
- Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Docker and Git
- Familiarity with Linux operating system and command line interface
- Understanding of accounting and business processes
