Job Description
Are you looking for a dynamic role in the warehousing industry Join our team at NASCON as a Store Officer! As a Store Officer you will play a critical role in managing the daily inventories and processes in our stores.
In this position you will be responsible for conducting physical count to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products receiving incoming products according to our policy and procedures and maintaining an online inventory management software. You will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date records of material inventory providing information on current stock and orders and monitoring trends of product receipt and dispatch at the store to forecast demand.
As a member of our team you will work closely with our Head Store and other departments to ensure the integrity of our inventory management system. You must have a keen attention to detail good understanding of industry trends and regulations and basic knowledge of system-based inventory management systems.
If you have a friendly and positive attitude possess a BA Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management Accounting Economics or a related field and have at least two years of experience in the field we would love to hear from you!
Requirements
- BA Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management Accounting Economics or related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the field
- Good understanding of industry trends and regulations
- Basic knowledge of system-based inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and quality
