Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our growing ESG / Sustainability team as a consultant or senior consultant. Our team is dedicated to helping organizations navigate the complex and changing landscape of environmental social and governance (ESG) regulations in all its aspects.
As an ESG/Sustainability consultant or senior consultant you will work with a wide range of Bulgarian and international clients.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing and providing advice on ESG regulations and reporting requirements;
Helping clients assess their ESG regulatory compliance;
Assisting clients with the steps necessary for complying with the relevant ESG regulations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders;
Assisting clients with ESG reporting and disclosures;
Developing and delivering ESG training programs for clients;
Staying up-to-date with ESG trends regulations standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
University degree related to Sustainability or a degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Law or related disciplines;
You are familiar with or are highly interested in ESG topics;
Strong analytical communication presentation and report writing skills;
Proficiency in Bulgarian and English;
You have a good understanding of key sustainability issues and trends and how they link to business value;
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
For a senior consultant previous experience in a sustainability profile is a must.
