Salary:AUD150742 - 171215 (AnnualGross)

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have10 years of experiencein SAP SuccessFactors including strong knowledge ofEC APIs Time Off and SAP S/4HANA HR with a solid understanding ofAU/US payroll processes. Strong analytical communication and customer-facing skills are essential along with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively. A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required.

- Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC Time Off and Payroll including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
- Integration and Support:
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Minimum 10years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API EC Time Off SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
- This role is likely involve configuring implementing and supporting these modules.
- SAP SuccessFactors: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central SF API Time Off SAP S4 Hana.
- API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
- Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
