Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
Implement and maintain integrations between EC Time Off and Payroll including Point-to-Point replication setups.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
Integration and Support:
Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED
Minimum 10years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API EC Time Off SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
This role is likely involve configuring implementing and supporting these modules.
SAP SuccessFactors: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central SF API Time Off SAP S4 Hana.
API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks work independently and as part of a team.
