Cluster Learning & Development Executive (m/f/d)
Location: Hilton Vienna Park Hilton Vienna Plaza & Hilton Vienna Waterfront (primarily Hilton Vienna Park)
Are you passionate about training hospitality and team spirit
Join our HR team and actively shape the development of over 500 team members across three Hilton hotels in Vienna!
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and conduct trainings such as Welcome Day Complaint Handling Telephone Skills Apprentice Programs and Hilton Brand Trainings
- Identify training needs through active presence in departments and provide on-the-job training
- Manage and further develop digital learning platforms (Hilton University) and the training calendar
- Handle administrative tasks (documentation statistics scheduling)
- Act as a point of contact for all training-related inquiries and internal programs (e.g. CE Exchange Lead 1.1 Train the Trainer)
Create new training formats and content
- As an open and communicative person support our team members with training and development questions
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training or studies in hospitality/gastronomy or personnel development
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality (ideally in F&B or Front Office)
- Experience as a trainer mentor or supervisor is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office and strong organizational skills
- Persuasiveness decision-making ability and a high level of commitment
- Self-motivation and initiative
