POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Service Technician is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and values safety teamwork and customer satisfaction EnerStar is looking for aField Service Technicianto join our results-driven this role youll be at the forefront of supporting our clients with rig moves new setups rig releases and infield repairsmaking a direct impact every day.
Youll work closely with our Lead Service Tech and Field Service Supervisor ensuring high-quality service and clear communication with clients. If youre someone who takes pride in craftsmanship enjoys travel and wants to grow into leadership this is your opportunity to build a career with purpose.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
- Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
- Communicate with Lead Service Tech/Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis
- Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
- Maintain safe efficient and quality service while on client locations
- Promote quality assurance to clients
- Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
Travel:The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.

Field Service Tech Level I: Handyman skills rough-in stud work
Field Service Tech Level II: Carpentry apprentices 3 years
Field Service Tech Level III: Carpentry Finishing experience 5 years
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Active listener; responds in professional manner
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to be on call
- Able to work nights and weekends if needed
- Able and willing to travel out of town as needed
- Able to run electronic software including but not limited to smart phones computers metering devices etc
- General handyman skills desired but not required
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-Motivator ability to motivate others
- Clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to effectively multi-task
