What we offer:
- A full-time 6-month internship position with a dynamic and international organization with the possibility of extension based on performance

The core functions of your role will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining and building relationships with current and new members of the Talent and University Network
- Attract and retain new members to the Talent and University Network through phone calls marketing and other methods of communication
- Localization of materials and communication into local market language and based on that markets needs
- Management of the information and quality of the CRM system used for our Talent and University Network - Pipedrive
- Develop and monitor advertising campaigns to promote the annual study and our brand
- Support and implement the Talent and University Network strategy
- Continuous input to and support of ongoing research projects
- Be part of the marketing team and their projects and events
You will also have the opportunity depending on ongoing projects to:
- Support and coordinate online and in-person events
- Build and implement social media strategy and communication
- Support and drive B2B marketing and communications initiatives
To succeed in this role you are:

- A self-driven independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills
- Confident with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Interested in our areas of expertise
We expect you to have:
- A university degree or currently studying for one
- Fluent in English
- Swedish is NOT required for this position. English is our working language
- Experience in sales account management and/or digital marketing is a plus
