Our Trust & Safety Product and Operations team safeguards our clients platforms users and brands. We achieve this by developing cutting-edge tools optimizing operational workflows and ensuring the seamless execution of our safety strategies. We work hand-in-hand with Operations Product Quality and Learning Experience (LX) to tackle complex challenges and uphold the highest standards of online trust. Policy Expertise & Guidance: Act as the primary SME for T&S policies providing clear interpretations actionable insights and robust support to operations quality and LX teams.
Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Operations Quality and LX to analyze policy effectiveness identify pain points in application and recommend practical action-oriented solutions for improved efficiency and consistency.
Client & Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a policy advisor to internal leaders and client contacts. Provide concise recommendations that balance user safety product goals and commercial realities.
Trend Analysis & Recommendations: Continuously monitor policy application spot emerging trends or potential issues and to offer data-driven suggestions or solutions for policy refinement and program enhancement. This may include tracking global regulatory developments and emerging AI to assess how they affect policy design and enforcement.
Global Collaboration & Scalability: Collaborate effectively across global multicultural and multilingual teams designing scalable solutions to complex ambiguous problems that drive positive business outcomes.
5 years of experience in T&S policy operations content moderation or a similar analytical and operational role.
Proven ability to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments.
Demonstrated experience turning regulatory or legal guidance into frontline-ready SOPs.
Outstanding organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance.
Demonstrated experience working effectively across global multicultural and multilingual teams solving ambiguous problems and driving scaled solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to spot trends anticipate potential issues arising from policy application and offer confident data-backed solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex policy concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
