Job Description

About your future job As part of our strategic digital transformation journey Thales Netherlands is seeking an experienced motivated project manager to lead complex cross-functional digital initiatives that will transform the way we work and this role you will manage and deliver digital transformation projects across departments including IT and engineering. You will ensure effective planning execution stakeholder engagement and alignment with Thales broader transformation goals.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Lead end-to-end project management of digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines budgets and risk registers.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners.
- Contribute to governance and change management processes to support adoption.
- Monitor performance track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
- Uphold Thales standards for quality cybersecurity and operational integrity.
Why youd be a good match
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering business administration IT or related field.
- Proven experience in project management preferably within the technology engineering or high-tech industry.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities capable of building a network and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Projects Jira Confluence).
- Dutch nationality is required due to security and defense project regulations.
- Security screening (AIVD-B) is mandatory.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
