The Role
- Manage commercial cases from intake through trial
- Develop litigation strategy and draft persuasive briefs
- Act as primary client contact and liaison with opposing counsel
- Supervise paralegals and legal assistants
- Conduct deep legal research and pre-litigation counseling
- Balance multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Base salary $225000$260000 DOE plus bonus potential
- Hybrid schedule (23 days remote) with 1800 billable target

- Unlimited attorney PTO 10 sick days and paid Community Action Day
