Our client is one of the worlds renowned food manufacturers and trading companies established in Thailand in 1984. Over the years the company has become a leading international food products supplier offering a wide range of products.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Sales and Marketing department. This role will be responsible for analyzing performance data preparing forecasts and providing insights to support strategic decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a team of data analysts to enhance the departments data-driven initiatives and contribute to achieving the companys goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis
- Performing daily and monthly data analysis to assess the performance of the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Comparing actual performance against the budget and identifying key trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Forecasting & Budgeting
- Developing accurate sales and marketing forecasts based on historical performance data.
- Assisting in preparing the annual budget and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Calculating incentive structures and supporting the sales team with incentive plans.
- Reporting
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports for management including performance summaries and actionable recommendations.
- Communicating key insights from data to support informed decision-making at the management level.
- Collaboration
- Working closely with a team of two Data Analysts to ensure effective data handling and analysis within the department.
- Collaborating with other teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in data reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Statistics Economics Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis preferably in Sales or Marketing-related fields.
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written communication skills in English essential for preparing reports and presentations.
- Working Conditions:
- Working 5 days per week.
- Office located near KM.13 Bangpli Samutprakarn.
