As we roll out Workday our new back-office solution for Finance and HR (E-One) we need a strategic leader to ensure its successful adoption and long-term impact through effective learning.
What youll be doing:
As the Global Learning Lead for E-One you will be the strategic driver behind the learning deployment of Workday. Youll lead the entire learning journey partnering closely with global stakeholders to ensure learning is a key driver for adoption and behavior change. Your day will involve:
Learning Strategy & Execution: Designing and implementing the global E-One learning strategy including frameworks content and engagement approaches for Finance and HR users.
Stakeholder Alignment: Acting as the central point for E-One learning success aligning stakeholders around a unified vision metrics and roadmap.
Content Design & Optimization: Co-creating or adapting relevant localized learning materials based on adult learning theory continuously improving them with feedback and data.
Platform Management: Overseeing content and configuration within Workday Help and other platforms to ensure users have the right support at the right time.
Train-the-Trainer: Leading the global train-the-trainer strategy to equip local teams for effective learning cascade.
Data-Driven Learning: Designing measurement strategies collecting feedback and monitoring adoption and effectiveness to drive data-driven interventions.
Change Enablement: Supporting a mindset shift towards digital-first and self-service approaches through learning.
Executive Reporting: Providing clear updates on progress risks and impact to E-One leadership.
What were looking for:
Proven experience deploying Workday or other enterprise HRIS/Finance systems globally.
Strong background in digital learning strategy platform governance and behavior change enablement.
Experience in multinational matrixed environments with high levels of ambiguity and pace.
Expertise in adult learning principles content design and train-the-trainer methodologies.
Familiarity with Workday Help learning experience platforms and AI-enhanced enablement tools.
Data-literate with the ability to derive insights from learning engagement and system usage patterns.
Internal candidate preferred.
