SAP Quality Review Lead

The SAP Quality Review Lead to oversee the quality assurance and review processes for SAP implementations upgrades and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems quality management and project delivery. This role involves leading a team of quality analysts ensuring compliance with best practices and delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements. The SAP Quality Review Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks resolve issues and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assurance Leadership:

oLead and manage the SAP quality review team to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.

oDefine and implement quality assurance processes standards and methodologies for SAP projects.

Review and Testing:

oOversee the planning execution and documentation of SAP project quality reviews and testing activities.

oConduct reviews of SAP functional and technical designs configurations and custom developments.

oEnsure comprehensive test coverage including unit testing integration testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

and Issue Management:

oIdentify assess and mitigate risks related to SAP project delivery.

oTrack and resolve quality-related issues ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

oProvide regular status updates on quality metrics risks and issues to project stakeholders.

Improvement:

oContinuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and tools.

oImplement best practices for SAP quality management and testing.

oPromote a quality and continuous improvement culture within the team and organization.

Collaboration:

oCollaborate with SAP functional and technical teams business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

oFacilitate workshops and meetings to review quality deliverables and obtain stakeholder signoffs.

oAct as a trusted advisor to project managers and business leaders on quality-related matters.

oThe QA Lead shall act as the Audit Liaison between the CoE and the Audit Function (Internal & External)

Development:

oMentor and coach team members on quality assurance best practices and SAP expertise.

oConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

oIdentify training needs and support professional development opportunities.

and Documentation:

oPrepare and present quality assurance reports metrics and dashboards to senior management.

oMaintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes test cases and results.

oEnsure audit readiness and support internal and external audits as needed.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.

A masters degree is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 05 years of experience in SAP Quality review Lead.

Sound Knowledge and application of any of the IT Control & Quality Standards such as COSO COBIT 2019 ISO 27001 Frameworks etc

Very Good Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Roles of the QA Lead

Good understanding of SAP Best Practices

Test Management & Change Request Handling using tools such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)

Experienced in Problem Investigation Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis

Experienced in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Ensuring adherence to SAP security and compliance

Moderate Audit Control & Quality Standards experience

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.

Proficiency in SAP technologies and tools including SAP S/4HANA SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platforms.

Certifications:

SAP certifications in relevant modules or solutions (SAP S/4HANA) are highly desirable.

Certification in any of the following is crucial:

CISSP CISA CRISC CISM ITIL

Work Environment:
