Position: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Head Project Automation
Location: Vadodara (Responsible for Gujarat Region)
Qualification: B.E. / . / Diploma
Experience: 710 years in Process Instrument Sales or Process Automation Sales
Salary: As per last hike
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients ensuring maximum business potential in the assigned region.
- Promote and present automation solutions including PLC SCADA HMI and DCS systems.
- Conduct cold calls and generate qualified leads to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Lead negotiations order closures and ensure payment follow-ups.
- Responsible for overall sales and marketing activities in the Gujarat region.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of DCS PLC SCADA HMI and networking.
- Familiarity with field instruments such as TT LT FT PT etc.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Exposure to Rockwell systems will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience in handling clients in Pharmaceutical Chemical Specialty Chemicals and Packaging domains will be preferred.
